B Sriramulu, fondly called ‘Ramulu Anna’ by the people and aptly described by the media as ‘the man for the masses’ is a young leader and an honest politician, a visionary with a humane and patriotic vision, a missionary in his mission to uplift the down trodden and above all a gentle and noble human being whose humanity speaks volumes.
Visionary leaders are the builders of a new dawn, working with imagination, insight, and boldness. They present a challenge that calls forth the best in people and brings them together around a shared sense of purpose. They are social innovators and change agents, seeing the big picture and thinking strategically.
B Sriramulu is without doubt the most inspiring change agent and a true visionary whose horizons are always on the rise and his boldness in his approach to realize his vision is a commendable effort that is appreciated by one and all.
B sriramulu believes in leading people by being ‘Human’. He says, ‘you can’t lead by being political, professional or personal’. Humane effort is at all times needed and His efforts are always manifested through his thought process which inspires him to believe that a leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way to his followers.
Many of his followers feel that they feel bigger when around this bigger man in soul, in mind and of course bodily too. ‘The key to my success is influence not authority’ he says rather confidently. A confident influence definitely matters in bridging human beings, no doubt.
‘Ramulu anna’ is definitely a man whose vision is farfetched because he is effective in manifesting his vision by creating and crafting specific goals, by being instrumental in initiating action and often sees to it that this action has participation from people from the diversified societies where he yields a lot of influence.
B Sriramulu’s Four Dimensional Vision (He calls it the E4 model) focuses on bringing about a change in the following fields:

When asked about this model, SriRamulu, the current Health and Family welfare minister stated that ‘for a country to progress, it is primary to understand such areas which can contribute for the overall development. India is split in a 70-30 rural: urban ratio and this statistic made me realize that ‘Rural Economy’ needs to be focused on.
Education is one such area that can bring about a change in the thought process of the people – an educated community means an intelligent country. I strongly feel that rural areas should also have a state of the art education platform.
Just imagine the reversal of the rural: urban ratio, the whole flavor of our Hindustan is bound to vanish. Urbanization is forcing people to migrate from rural areas in search of livelihood. Well, I strive to create such livelihood by focusing on rural employment. To speak the truth, even I am a rural employee - MLA from Bellary Rural constituency ’.
‘Speaking about Empowerment, He said that he is focusing on public-private partnership in creating self help groups in the rural areas thereby creating self-sufficiency which in turn leads to a ''Rural Empowerment''. |
